We are seeking a confident and result-driven Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls to potential customers, promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings or demos.
Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
Maintain a database of customer calls, leads, and responses in CRM/Excel.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
Provide accurate information and resolve client doubts to close sales.
Coordinate with the sales team for field visits or escalated leads.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or local language)
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or Google Sheets
Confidence, patience, and a customer-friendly attitude
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Salary - Depending on Experience & Interview + Incentives
