🔹 Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents

• Explain course details (Aviation, Soft Skills, Personality Development)

• Convince and convert leads into walk-ins and admissions

• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Maintain lead database and daily calling reports

• Achieve monthly admission targets

• Freshers to 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service

• Strong communication in Hindi & English

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
