We are hiring an Inbound Telecaller who will handle incoming calls from customers, resolve their queries, provide information about our products/services, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

✅ Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
✅ Follow communication scripts and guidelines as provided by the company.
✅ Keep up-to-date knowledge about products and ongoing offers.
✅ Achieve individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
✅ Handle high volume of calls efficiently during peak periods.
