Telecaller

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to o prospective clients, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. Key Responsibilites:  Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from the provided database or leads.  Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.  Maintain a follow-up schedule and update call reports regularly.  Book appointments and site visits for interested clients.  Answer inbound queries from potentional clients courteously and informalvely.  Build and maintain a strong client relationship through consistent communication.  Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are converted effectively.  Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system. Required Skills:  Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.  Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.  Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage.  Good computer and typing skills.  Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Qualifications:  Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.  Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
