Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.

• Explain the products and services offered by the company.

• Generate sales leads and follow up on them.

• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with prospective clients.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints/issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: [10th/12th/Graduate – based on role]

• Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service role is a plus.

• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or call center.

• Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.

• Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to customers effectively.
