Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.

• Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer inquiries.

• Explain products or services in detail and persuade potential customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.

• Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or documentation (as applicable).

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Work closely with the sales or support team for customer follow-ups.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English and/or regional language).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone etiquette.

• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

• High level of patience and professionalism.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus (Hindi, English, and/or regional languages).

Working Hours:
