Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated On Call Lead Generation Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to students via outbound calls, providing them with information about our academy, and encouraging them to attend a free career counseling session at our center.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from our database.

Clearly explain the benefits of our courses and free career counseling sessions.

Answer basic queries regarding the academy and available programs.

Convince and schedule students for in-person counseling visits.

Maintain call records and follow-up schedules.

Work closely with the counseling and admissions team for seamless coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.

Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language].

Confidence in talking to students and parents over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).

A positive attitude and target-driven approach.
