🧑‍💼 Job Profile Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Telecaller who can communicate effectively with people over the phone and encourage them to support our NGO by making donations. The ideal candidate should have strong speaking skills, a polite and confident tone, and a genuine interest in social work.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi/English or local language)

• Good listening and Convincing skills

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Comfortable with phone-based work and call handling

• Basic computer skills for data entry

• Previous experience in telecalling, fundraising, or sales is required

💡 Job Responsibilities :

1. Call Potential Donors:

Make outbound calls to individuals from provided contact lists.

2. Explain the NGO’s Mission:

Clearly explain the NGO’s cause, ongoing projects, and the need for public support.

3. Ask for Donations:

Convicing request one-time or monthly donations over the call.

4. Build Donor Relationships:

Maintain a positive tone and build trust with donors to encourage long-term support.

5. Follow-up Calls:

Follow up with interested individuals and update them about campaigns and impact.

6. Maintain Records:

Accurately log all calls, donor details, and responses in the system.

7. Meet Call and Donation Targets:

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and fundraising goals.

8. Handle Queries Professionally:

Address questions or concerns from potential donors politely and correctly.

9. Help in Organising Events & Coordinate with Team at NGO.

💰 Compensation:

💸 Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
