Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team at Mira Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with clients, and maintaining effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate inquiries and leads

• Explain Globalteckz services and offerings clearly and professionally

• Follow up on leads through phone and email

• Maintain call records and customer information in CRM

• Handle inbound queries politely and efficiently

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth follow-ups

• Support promotional campaigns when required

Requirements:

• Qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream

• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)

• Positive attitude, confidence, and goal-oriented approach

• Previous telecalling experience (preferred but not mandatory)
