Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic

Location: Office-based

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Frankfinn is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Counsellors to join our domestic call centre team. The role primarily involves outbound calling to students, providing them with information about Frankfinn’s professional training courses, and encouraging them to attend free career counselling sessions at our institutes.

As a Tele Counsellor, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining a follow-up tracker, and ensuring timely communication with prospective students. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about career guidance and have excellent communication skills in Telugu and basic English.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (with result in hand)

• Work Experience: Minimum 6 months (outbound telecalling preferred)

• Age: 18 – 34 years

• Gender: Male/Female

• Language: Fluent in Telugu and able to communicate in basic English
