Job Title: Telecaller (Female)

Salary: 5000/- to 15000+ Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident female Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and support sales or service processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Handle inbound queries from existing or potential clients.

• Explain the company’s products/services clearly and persuasively.

• Maintain call logs and update customer information in the database.

• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with customers.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (in English and/or local languages).

• Confident and polite phone manner.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Prior experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Traits:

• Pleasant voice and positive attitude.

• Patience and ability to handle rejection professionally.

• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
