💰 Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives

🕙 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💼 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Sales Calls: Handle inbound/outbound calls to generate and convert sales.

💬 Customer Interaction: Communicate via calls, chat, emails & WhatsApp broadcasts.

🧾 Product Presentation: Clearly explain products & services to customers.

📈 Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.

📊 Daily Reporting: Maintain call logs and submit performance updates to HR.

🛒 Product Sourcing: Search for products on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal based on client needs.

📉 Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends and competitors' pricing.

🎯 Incentive Highlights:

10% Commission on all achieved sales!

Example: Target →₹1.5 Lakh Achieve ₹2 Lakh sales

Earn ₹15,000 salary + ₹5,000 bonus = ₹20,000 total

💰 Non-Target Case Example:

Target: ₹1,00,000 | Achieved: ₹60,000

Commission: ₹60,000 × 10% = ₹6,000

✅ Minimum ₹10,000 salary in first month if full effort is given—even without achieving the target!
