Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our services, answering queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database.

• Explain our services to potential customers in a clear and friendly manner.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Maintain a record of calls made and customer details in the CRM.

• Follow up with customers as per the company's process.

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets.

• Support the sales team with lead generation and appointment scheduling.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass

• Good communication skills in Languages Like Hindi, Marathi.

• Pleasant and confident phone manner.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
