We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for selling.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide information about offers, discounts, and new products.
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate campaigns and strategies.
Handle objections professionally and close sales efficiently.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
