Senior Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. You should be an excellent communicator and have a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/lists.

• Promote and sell products/services to customers over the phone.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

• Follow up on previous interactions to close sales and meet targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software.

• Handle customer queries and provide relevant product information.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company goals.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales quotas.
