Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our range of mattresses.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective pitching and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details using CRM tools.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Basic knowledge of mattresses and home comfort products is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
