Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven telesales or customer service track record.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers.

• Explain the products and services offered by the company.

• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
  Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
