Senior Telesales Executive

As an Internal Sales Executive/ Client Relation Executive (back office/ desk top work), you will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential clients, providing them with information about our Medical Equipment’s and persuading them to come for the Training.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective Doctors from provided leads or database.

• Introduce our products and services to potential Doctors over the phone.

• Explain the features, benefits and pricing of various Machines.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from clients regarding Equipment’s, pricing and other relevant information.

• Schedule appointments for interested Doctors for training.

• Follow up with leads to maintain a consistent communication flow and nurture relationships.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

• Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide necessary support.

• Stay updated with market trends and changes in competitor regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 Per month (Depending on experience and knowledge)

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Job Timing: 10am to 7pm

Work Location: Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
