- Connect and represnt the company to the customers via call, whats app, mail and other available channels
- Work on Lead Generation
- Make a Follow-up calls
- Update CRM & lead Data Management
Skills & Knowledge
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Formal computer training an advantage, proficient in relevant computer applications such as Excel, Word.
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Partial Knowledge of Inventory and Accounts will be added advantage.
