Telesales Executive – Digital Marketing
We are a growing digital marketing startup looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to help us connect with small businesses across India. You will be responsible for generating interest, explaining our core offerings—Website Development, Google My Business Setup, and Google Ads—and closing deals over the phone.
This is a high-impact role where you will play a key part in building the foundation of our client base and contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Call potential small business owners across India using CRM data or sourced leads.
Introduce and explain our digital services clearly, focusing on the benefits of being online.
Identify decision-makers and assess interest in services.
Pitch services such as:
Website Development
Google My Business (GMB) Setup & Optimization
Google Ads Campaign Setup & Management
Handle objections confidently and close deals over the phone.
Share payment links and assist in onboarding new clients.
Follow up with warm leads and maintain strong communication to convert them into clients.
Build trust with prospects to increase retention and referrals.
Log all calls, notes, and sales outcomes in CRM tools (or Google Sheets if using manual tracking).
Share daily/weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and feedback.
Share feedback from clients about pain points, objections, or product/service gaps.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve pitches and client onboarding.
Fresher/Experience both require.
Fluent in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a bonus).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven startup environment.
Basic understanding of digital services like websites, Google Maps (GMB), and online advertising.
Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
