Role Summary

Join a leading exhibition services company and play a key role in generating quality leads via phone. You'll introduce our turnkey exhibition & event solutions and support the sales pipeline with effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients to introduce event & exhibition services

• Lead Qualification: Identify leads, record interactions, and maintain a lead database

• Client Follow‑up: Nurture leads, handle inquiries, schedule meetings or site visits

• CRM Updates: Log calls, client details, feedback, and next‑step actions

• Sales Targets: Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets to drive business growth

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred

• Fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

• Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and persuasion skills

• Basic computer proficiency: MS Office & CRM tools

• Energetic, target-driven, and resilient with a customer-focused mindset
