Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telecaller (Female) to join our sales and marketing team. The role involves making outbound cold calls, sending follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages to potential clients, converting leads into business opportunities, and efficiently disposing of non-relevant leads. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Introduce and explain our range of eco-friendly disposable products.
Send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages to engage and nurture leads.
Convert qualified leads into business through effective communication and follow-ups.
Accurately update and manage lead status in the CRM system.
Dispose of irrelevant or unqualified leads with proper documentation.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handovers and client follow-ups.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
Gender: Female candidates only
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
Experience: 2–5 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Proficiency in sending professional emails and WhatsApp messages
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Professional, confident, and target-oriented attitude
