We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team Claimsolution.in. This is a full-time office job where you’ll handle the Sales Executive team and explain services to our clients and partners, give presentations, and follow up with leads.

Responsibilities:

Lead and trained CREs and field executives
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Supervise client handling & after-sales service
Monitor CRM tools and reporting
Achieve sales targets and manage escalations

Requirements:

Team management and leadership ability
Basic Excel, CRM tools, and Tele-calling knowledge
Insurance/healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving
