Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Build and maintain long-term relationships.
Property Presentation: Showcase residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors, highlighting key features and benefits.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate insights.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win outcome.
Documentation: Assist clients with documentation, including agreements, sale deeds, and registration processes.
Collaboration: Coordinate with channel partners and team members to maximize outreach and ensure client satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Maintain post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the NCR real estate market is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
