We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our web designing services to potential clients, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data or online sources.
Explain our services including website designing, development, digital branding, SEO, etc.
Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Maintain a database of client information and follow up regularly.
Schedule meetings or demos with interested clients.
Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Maintain professional communication and handle objections smartly.
Share feedback from prospects with the sales and marketing teams.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic knowledge of website designing or digital marketing (training will be provided).
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and a quick learner.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
