Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in ERP systems.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide product information and resolve customer queries promptly.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

• 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales (preferably in manufacturing or industrial products).

• Good communication skills.
