Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Maxify Web Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services.

• Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Understand client needs and pitch relevant services (like website development, digital marketing, etc.).

• Maintain records of calls and client details in CRM.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversions.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience preferred (Freshers with confidence may apply).

• Good Hindi & basic English communication skills.

• Confident, convincing, and good at handling objections.

• Knowledge of digital services is a plus (training will be provided).

• It is a Full Time टेलिसेल्स / टेलिमार्केटिंग job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
