Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis

• Identify market trends and customer needs in the water sector.

• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.

• Gather insights from government regulations, sustainability goals, and environmental policies.

• Marketing Strategy Development

• Develop marketing campaigns for water-related products (e.g., filtration systems, water meters, rainwater harvesting).

• Plan branding, advertising, and promotional activities.

• Digital & Offline Marketing

• Manage social media platforms, websites, and SEO for water-related content.

• Create brochures, technical datasheets, and product catalogs.

• Run email campaigns and Google Ads.

• Event & Trade Show Participation

• Organize and attend water industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences.

• Set up product demonstrations and promotional booths.

• Collaboration

• Coordinate with sales teams, engineers, and product managers.

• Prepare marketing materials in line with technical specifications.

• Reporting & KPIs

• Track campaign performance and ROI.

• Present marketing metrics to senior management.

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of water industry trends (e.g., sustainability, smart water management)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Digital marketing proficiency (SEO, SEM, social media)

• Content creation and branding expertise

• CRM and marketing automation tools

• Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or Water Resource Management

• Additional certification in Digital Marketing or Sustainability is a plus

Experience : Minimum experience as a Marketing Executive 3-6 yrs.
