Join our team as a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in B2B Sales at Flexi On Infra Projects Private Limited in Patna, Boring Road. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹22000 - ₹25000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 5 - 6+ years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in any language. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Post Graduate and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
