We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting sales goals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by leading the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires strong leadership, real estate market knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Team Management & Development:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team.
Set clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Ensure consistent achievement or exceeding of monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relations:
Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
Provide guidance and support throughout the property buying/selling process.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and negotiations professionally.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
Track and report on team progress, deals closed, and pipeline status.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Work closely with legal and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions.
Collaborate with property developers and brokers for new listings and partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
