We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and articulate Telecaller to connect with customers who have inquired about sexual health concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their issues, offer a listening ear, and guide them toward suitable Ayurvedic medicines from our product line. Full training on products and customer handling will be provided.
Call potential customers who have inquired about sexual wellness and related health issues.
Listen to their concerns with sensitivity, privacy, and without judgment.
Suggest appropriate Ayurvedic products from our range based on their symptoms and needs.
Clearly explain product benefits, usage instructions, and answer customer queries.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential tone throughout the conversation.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
Coordinate with the sales and medical advisory team for any specific concerns or escalations.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Good communication skills in [Hindi / regional language .
Comfortable discussing personal and sensitive topics with maturity and empathy.
Interest in Ayurvedic wellness and natural remedies.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or call-logging tools.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
