Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Cross-Selling Specialist to drive revenue through effective cross-selling of our diagnostics, physiotherapy, and wellness services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and convert leads over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to existing and potential customers to promote relevant healthcare services based on their history and profile.
Conduct follow-up calls, reminders, and re-engagement outreach to ensure continuity of care and convert one-time users into repeat customers.
Use CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) to track lead status, update customer interactions, and maintain an organized call pipeline.
Analyze customer history and preferences to pitch appropriate cross-sell offers (e.g., physiotherapy packages to diagnostics clients and vice versa).
Work closely with the customer support and field teams to ensure a seamless service experience from consultation to fulfillment.
Share feedback from customer conversations to help marketing and product teams improve campaigns and service offerings.
Maintain a daily activity report and sales tracker, including call logs, lead conversions, objections, and resolution notes.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets related to:
Number of calls made
Lead conversion rate
Revenue generated from cross-sell activities
Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare services, specifically in diagnostics, physiotherapy, or wellness service sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Deep understanding of the healthcare consumer lifecycle and ability to personalize sales pitches.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with WhatsApp-based follow-ups and digital engagement tools.
