We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client portfolio in the advertising space. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the pitch process. Identify and research potential clients across industries for advertising and branding services.
Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Set up and attend meetings to understand client needs and present agency capabilities.
Support the preparation of pitch presentations, proposals, and creative briefs.
Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel and close deals.
Maintain and update CRM with lead and client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) for smooth pitch execution.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition, ideally in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in cold calling and presenting to prospects.
Passion for marketing, creativity, and understanding of advertising industry trends.
Well-organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and ATL/BTL campaigns.
Existing network of marketing professionals and brand contacts.
Familiarity with agency processes and timelines.
