We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Elevator Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of elevator products and services. This includes new equipment sales, modernization, and maintenance contracts.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for elevators (new installations, modernization, maintenance contracts).
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate elevator solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams for project feasibility and design solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and documentation using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
