This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The candidate should bring 0-2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working Mon to sat during the Day shift.
