Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive (DRT) to join our team at Fourfold Legal. The role involves updating accurate Lead generation through calls, CRM knowledge and convincing skills required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers who have outstanding loan amounts or are in default.

• Understand their financial situations and suggest suitable settlement options.

• Negotiate payment terms that are feasible for both the customer and the organization.

• Follow up regularly for collection and closure.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and agreements.

• Coordinate with the legal and operations team when needed.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for settlements and collections.

• Educate customers about the benefits of settling their dues and improving credit health.

• Identify and engage with borrowers whose cases are filed under DRT or legal recovery.

• Explain settlement options to borrowers and negotiate for out-of-court resolution.

• Coordinate with legal teams, law firms, and financial institutions for case progress.

• Maintain and update recovery reports and case status records.

• Follow up regularly to achieve recovery/settlement targets.

• Attend DRT hearings if required and support the legal documentation process.

• Educate customers on legal implications and benefits of timely resolution.

• Achieve monthly recovery goals.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is LLB /Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
