As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of FOIP 2.0’s growth—engaging potential investors, nurturing relationships, and closing deals in the real estate fractional ownership space. You’ll work closely with marketing and operations to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Connect with inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Represent FOIP 2.0 at events, webinars, and exhibitions.
Research and target potential investor segments.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand investment needs.
Present compelling pitches and investor proposals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline; ensure timely follow-ups.
Deal Closing & Revenue Growth
Negotiate deals, draft proposals, and close agreements.
Partner with internal teams for onboarding and documentation.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and commission goals.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to marketing/product teams.
Reporting & Coordination
Track sales metrics: conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align efforts.
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or financial services.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, able to work independently.
Outstanding relationship-building and organizational skills.
