🔹 Job Overview:
We are hiring dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to sell our stock market courses to potential learners. If you are passionate about sales, confident on calls, and want to work from home with performance-based earnings, this opportunity is for you!
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Call and connect with potential leads (data will be provided)
Explain course features, value, and outcomes
Convert interested people into paid learners
Maintain daily sales updates and basic reporting
Follow up with prospects and close sales
💰 Salary & Incentives:
Minimum Sales Target: ₹50,000/month
If ₹50,000 achieved: Fixed Salary ₹10,000
If more than ₹50,000:
🔸 For every extra ₹5,000 in sales → ₹1,000 incentive
Example:
₹50,000 in sales → ₹10,000
₹1,00,000 in sales → ₹25,000
If sales below ₹50,000 → No salary or incentive
✅ Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
Smartphone + stable internet connection
Comfortable with full-time remote work
Willing to work on weekends (1 day off can be taken anytime in a week)
Confidence and willingness to learn sales techniques
