Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle the sales and rental of commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. This is a target-based role with an attractive incentive structure for achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introduce Cloudology Kitchenlabs’ products and services, and assess interest.
Telephonic Deal Closure: Engage prospects over the phone, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations for clients visiting the office, showcasing the company’s kitchen solutions and services.
Rental Business: Support in identifying opportunities in the rental market, promoting relevant solutions, and driving business growth in this segment.
Lead Qualification: Follow up on leads, maintain consistent communication, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Sales Reporting: Record and track client interactions, closed deals, and progress using CRM software.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better position Cloudology Kitchenlabs’ offerings.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and marketing) to align sales efforts with marketing and product strategies.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range to provide clients with accurate information and recommendations.
Sales Forecasting: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and contract terms with clients, ensuring maximum profitability.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback and work with the service team to improve product and service quality.
Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
✅ Graduation is mandatory.
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment or a related industry.
✅ Proficiency in a regional language is preferred.
