Objective:
Support the sales team with lead management, client communication, proposal preparation, and coordination between departments.
Join our team as a dedicated Sales Coordinator / Executive with a strong background in Technical product sales at Cad Mech Engineering Private Limited in Pune, Narhe. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.
Coordinate with potential and existing clients for follow-ups and scheduling meetings.
Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and invoices.
Maintain CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and communications.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams for order status and delivery schedules.
Manage documentation and support during exhibitions or sales events.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Any discipline. MBA (Marketing or Operations) preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in a B2B or technical sales support role.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., Well versed with Gmail & Tools
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Brevo, mailchimp, etc.).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical content.
