• Prior experience in CRM software, for managing customer data and sales processes.

• Make Cold Calls , draft Emails to the lost customers mentioned in the database.

• Maintains a strong understanding of products and services.

• Makes outgoing calls, presents products / services, answers questions, and closes sales.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.

• Effective verbal communication and the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.

• Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work.

• Ability to address customer issues, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions.

• Daily and weekly reporting system has to be maintained.
