Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, phone calls, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Understand client needs and offer appropriate products/services.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.

• Achieve monthly targets related to client engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or relationship management is a plus.

• Confident in making phone calls and interacting with clients.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
