RELATIONSHIP MANAGER PROFILE- CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE:

We are looking for motivated Relationship Manager to join our team!! As a relationship manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationship with our clients You will communicate with our clients in a professional and courteous manner as well as resolving client’s issues and complaints.

Here Are the Main Responsibilities Of A Relationship Manager.

• Maintain a strong relationship with the clients and build trust among them.

• Developing and Maintaining relationship with potential and existing clients.

• Finding new business opportunities.

• Identifying and Communicating with clients through Skype and Email process.

• Resolving customer issues and concerns.

  Key Requirement:

• Good Communication skills.

• Basic Computer/laptop knowledge .

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Well Organized.

  SHIFT TIMINGS: 10:30am TO 7:30pm – 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (6 Days Working, Sunday Off)

  SALARY: DEPENDS ON INTERVIEW.

  LOCATION: JOGESHWARI WEST.

  NOTE: WORK FROM OFFICE
