Key Responsibilities:
1) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
2) Understand client needs and provide appropriate loan or financial solutions
3) Handle end-to-end loan advisory processes
4) Meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities
5) Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
6) Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
2) 6 months to 1 years of experience in sales or financial services (DSA/Loan advisory preferred)
3) Strong knowledge of banking products (personal loan, home loan, business loan, Car loan )
4) Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools
5) Excellent communication & negotiation skills
