Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and cold calling.

• Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients.

• Arrange site visits and property inspections for interested buyers/tenants.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client requirements.

• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.

• Ensure legal and financial documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up after transactions.

• Stay updated with local property laws, market trends, and pricing.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Basic understanding of real estate laws and market

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Negotiation and closing skills

• Knowledge of local geography and property market (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduation preferred

• Prior experience in real estate is a plus but not mandatory

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
