PropFinder is hiring a proactive and persuasive Presales Executive to be part of our growing team in HSR Layout Sector 6. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging potential homebuyers through calls, understanding their needs, and generating high-quality leads for our property consultants.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce PropFinder's property offerings.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visits.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into active leads.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Education: Minimum Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Previous experience in presales or telecalling, preferably in real estate.
Strong customer service mindset with confidence and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
