Job Description: Telecaller – Real Estate (Pre-Sales)

We are hiring Telecallers for our Real Estate Pre-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with potential customers from the database

• Share project information clearly and professionally

• Generate and qualify leads

• Schedule and confirm site visits

• Maintain call records and update CRM

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)

• Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience preferred

• Proficient in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Week Off: Rotational
Location: kalwa
