Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
General leads and follow up with potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide property solutions accordingly.
Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers and renters.
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process from start to finish.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (minimum 6 months preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
