Join our team as a dedicated SVC or Telesales Executive with a strong background in Any industry in Hyderabad, Attapur and Ameenpur. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers 3lpa to 4lpa in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

  • Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

  • Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

  • Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:The ideal candidates for this role should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Telugu English and Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Graduation and availability to work 6 days during the Day shift.
