📞 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers—both existing and prospective—for product promotion or payment collections

Effectively explain product benefits and follow up on payment reminders

Resolve customer queries professionally and accurately

Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Meet individual & team targets in sales and collections

⏳ Work Schedule

Male Candidates: Rotational 24×7 shifts

Female Candidates: Day shifts (7 AM–7 PM)

Days: Six working days per week, rotational off-days
